Opening Address by Club President:
Club President Pravin began his opening address by sharing his personal story, how he had managed his first few tasks in the first job.
If you’re breaking into any field, it can be easy to operate your job like you’re using Google Maps. You blindly follow step-by-step directions without thinking critically about where you’re going and why. If you’re doing this, you tend to feel like an interchangeable cog in the machine. You are not adding any value to your team.
But if you start asking those “stupid” questions and challenging what’s happening around you, everything starts to change:
You learn that the people ahead of you aren’t always perfect, You realise that a lot of the things they oversee could be improved & you figure out that you can leverage your unique perspective to make valuable improvements.
Pravin gave the message that,“Never hesitate to ask questions & Challenging the status quo”.

Word of the Day
Language Evaluator visiting Toastmaster Chee Hoo, NUSS TMC, ACB,ALG announced the word of the day “EXEMPLAR” and how to use the word in different formats. topics:
There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way.
A winner makes commitments, a loser makes noises.
Today is the Tomorrow, You Worried About Yesterday.
Failure is not missing the target but aiming too low.
You are alone because you closed the door.
Tough Times Never Last But Tough People Do.
To be someone else is a complete waste of you.
Life is not measured by the number of beats made by our heart, but the number it misses.
He who stays in the valley will never cross the mountain.
Do or do not, there is no try.
It is nice to be important, but it is more important to be nice.
Stars cannot shine without darkness.
If an opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.
Challenges make characters.
See how big is the ocean is & how small your problems are.
Past is waste paper, Present is news paper, Future is question paper, So carefully read & write... Otherwise Life becomes TISSUE PAPER.
The Pain You Feel Today is the Strength you feel tomorrow.
