Meeting called to the Order
Toast Master of the day Harsh Goel called the 10th Chapter meeting to order by welcoming all Toastmasters and kicked off the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting and providing details of the role holder and  brief description of roles.

Opening Address by Club President:
Club President Pravin began his opening address by stating that as we live our busy lives we get wrapped up in our “important” endeavors and can begin to take things for granted. It just takes a simple reminder, like Thanksgiving, to realize how much most of us have to be thankful for. He further added that relatively speaking, if you’re here today, you have a ton to be thankful for. If we are able to fulfill our basics (nutrition, clothing, shelter, water, electricity, transportation, job) may not seem like much but they’re a great place to start your list of what you should be grateful for.
The gratitude is one of the keys to attracting more positives into your life. On the occasion of Thanksgiving weekend, let’s take some time to think of all the things we are grateful for.
He invited all members to introduce themselves and present views on the Theme of the day gratitude.

Club’s 9th Chapter meeting started on dot time with fellowship, Club members and Exco were engaged in welcoming the guests, introducing themselves and talking guests and visiting toastmasters making them comfortable and clearing their doubts.

SAA Calls Meeting to the Order
Sargent at Arms Namrata called the 9th Chapter meeting to order by welcoming all present members and guests. She requested all members and guests to introduce themselves and express few thoughts on theme of the chapter meeting “Improvise”

Toastmaster of the day
Toast Master of the day Jyoti kicked off the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting and inviting the role holders to brief their roles.
                                                          
Opening Address by Club President:
Club President Pravin began his opening address by sharing the reasons why should we join Toastmasters. He said, I have noted few key leadership traits, which Toastmasters develops in people. I believe the list can be useful to many who are in the organization but not able to lose themselves in the process and more importantly many others who never heard about Toastmasters or heard but could not convince on 'why should they join Toastmasters'.
The 5 important leadership traits, which we can improve as a Toastmasters are 5C’s (Courage, Communication, Confidence, Constructive Feedback & Collaboration). Pravin tried to inspire the guests to join this world-class organization.

Birth Day celebration
As a matter of our club rich vibrant culture, the birthday is celebrated every month on the 3rd Saturday chapter meeting, this month Namrata & Jin Hwui ‘s birthday was celebrated by cutting the cake. Guests and members sang the birthday song and enjoyed the Cake.
Refreshment break
Meeting adjourned for 30 minutes for munching and networking. 

Special speech
Our club Member, Distinguish Toastmaster (DTM) Lee Jin Hwui presented a very special speech on “how to handle table Topics – Formula of SSS“
It was very knowledgeable and insightful session on how to handle Table Topic’s. How to link the Table Topics with the Story, It was very informative speech with practical tips followed by 5 table topics sessions where volunteers were invited to practice the techniques learned.
Detailed list of resources were provided by DTM Lee Jin Hwui and concluded with questions and Answers.
