 Meeting called to the Order

Sargent at Arms TM Anand Deshpande, called the 8th Chapter meeting to order by welcoming all present members and guests. She requested guests to introduce themselves. Everyone got opportunity to introduce himself/herself.

Toastmaster of the day

Toastmaster of the day DTM Ang Wee Yong kicked off the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting and provided the details of the changes in agenda and introduced the role holders and their roles. 

Opening Address by Acting Club President:

Club President TM Roger See delivered the opening address and welcome all guest and Toastmasters. He shared the story of his student that how after 3 years of tender loving care, his student, who was not able to listen and write properly, stood first in English in the class.

Club President TM Roger See, CC, CL began his speech by sharing a story of elephant and how he was tied to tiny rope and still did not try to break through it and thus encourages all to breakthrough our shortcomings and insist us all to attend chapter meeting regularly.
