Club’s 4^th Chapter meeting started on time with fellowship, all the club members were engaged in welcoming the guest, introducing themselves and making guest and visiting toastmasters comfortable, clearing their doubts and helping them sign in the guest book.

SAA Calls Meeting to the Order

Sargent at Arms (SAA) Vikas Aggarwal flagged off the 4^th Chapter meeting by welcoming all present members and guests. He invited all visiting toastmasters and Guests to introduce themselves and brief about how they hear about our club.

Toastmaster of the day present Program

Toast Master of the Day (TMD) Pravin Mishra kick off  the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting, he invited role holder to brief the roles they are performing.

Opening Address by Club President:

Club President Pravin outset by injecting the humour to the club meeting. He emphasised the importance of humour in life and literally made everyone laugh by introducing the laughing techniques. Everyone enjoyed the president’s speech. He concluded his speech with the message that “It’s in your power to make your day happier, joyful and lighter. You decide.”

Special speech

Joanna Sio presented the special speech title “Handling Humour in public Speaking”, she started with a funny joke sharing the personal story of her grandfather, special speech was appreciated by all for quality of content and it was very informative. We hope that organizing this special speech just before the Humorous Speech contest will definitely help our members to inject humor in their speeches.

Birth Day celebration

As a matter of our club vibrant culture, the birth day is celebrated every month on the 3^rd Saturday chapter meeting, this month Harsh Goel CC and Saravanan Varadhan ACB, ALB birthday was celebrated by cutting the cake. Guest and members enjoyed the celebration.

Refreshment Break

Meeting adjourned for 20 minutes for the sumptuous refreshment and networking.

Table Topic

Table Topic host Harsh Goel CC conducted a very interesting table topic session based on the game of “Action” and “Freeze” to choose the volunteer.  Volunteers were asked to build the story of a handsome studious but shy boy called Bunti, who stay in Tampines and study in Tampines junior college and a beauty conscious girl but not studious girl Bubbli.
