Fellowship

Club’s International Speech and Table Topics Contests 2017 Started on time with fellowship, all the club members & EXCO were engaged in welcoming the guests, introducing themselvesand briefing the activities to the guests and visiting toastmasters, making them comfortable and clearing their doubts.

Chief Judge Boon Liang Yap briefed all the Judges, Timers and Tally Counter.

International Speech Contest Balloting

Contest Chair Chen Manman conducted the balloting for speaking sequence for contestants and kicked off the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting. She also introduced the role holders of organising team as per their respective roles.

The contests started on time. All the speakers gave their best shot in presenting their speeches.

Munching & Mingling

Meeting was adjourned for 30 mins for quick refreshment break. TM Nur Ezzah helped with catering sumptuous food.

Table Topics contest

Contest Chair Chen Manman conducted contestants balloting for Table Topics contest and briefed the rules of the contest.

Contest Chair Chen Manman invited Organizing Chair Jyoti Soni for presenting the certificates of appreciation to all the contestants and organising team members who supported in making the contest smoothly happen.

Gifts & Certificate of appreciation were also presented to Chief Judge and his panel of Judges.
