Meeting called to the Order

Sargent at Arms Phuong Thimai, called the 2nd Chapter meeting to order by welcoming all present members and guests. She requested guests to introduce themselves. Every guest got opportunity to introduce themselves.

Toastmaster of the day

Toast Master of the day Abhisheck, CC, kicked off the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting and provided the details of the changes in agenda and introduced the role holders and their roles.

Word of the Day

Ang Wee Yong, DTM hold the session by introducing the word "RELISH", encouraging the participants to increase the usage of the word.

Opening Address by Club President:

Club President TM Roger See, CC, CL began his speech by a short story, encourage the participants to hold the mentality of "never stop learning".

Meeting adjourned for 30 minutes for munching and networking break. Post refreshment break, the Table topics session continues.

Table Topics

The table topics master Amy Chen conducted the session wherein members are invited to hone their impromptu skill by speaking up to 2 minutes on theme based topic they had received.

Language Evaluation

Ang Wee Yong DTM commented the language used by summarizing the times of using "Relish", complimenting the choices of the word, and pointing out the errors as well.

Award Presentation to Outgoing EXCO Team

Trophies were given by Ang Wee Yong to the Outgoing EXCO Team to recognize the contribution and achievement.
