Club’s Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest 2016 Started on time with fellowship, all the club members were engaged in welcoming the guest, introducing themselves and making guest and visiting toastmasters comfortable, clearing their doubts and helping them sign in the guest book.

Chief Judges Briefing to the Judges, Timers and Tally Counter

Chief Judge Tay Boon Liang conducted the briefing session for the judges, Timers and Tally counters.

Humors Speech sequence Balloting

 Contest Chair and Toast Master of the Day (TMD) Neo Yen Ping conducted the Balloting for the sequencing of contestant by allowing contestant to choose a card from the deck. The sequence of the contestant were decided. SAA Proserpina Sumbillo Boral wrote the names on the white sheet so that names are visible to the judges.

Contest Chair and Toastmaster of the day presented Program

Contest Chair and Toast Master of the Day (TMD) Neo Yen Ping kicked off the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting, changes in the program sheet he invited role holder to brief the roles they are performing.

Contest Chair and Toast Master of the Day (TMD) Neo Yen Ping provided the purpose of the contest, briefed the rules, protocol for protest, speaking area, and the Timing sequence

Contest Chair and Toast Master of the Day (TMD) Neo Yen Ping kicked off the Humours contest by introducing agenda of the meeting, changes in the program sheet and invited members to present speech in the sequence.

Evaluation Contest

Test Speaker speech

Test speaker Vimal Kumar had presented the test speech, the title of speech was “The undulating path to my Toastmasters journey”

SAA Proserpina Sumbillo and Thiam Seng escorted all the evaluators to designated place. 5 minutes time were given to write feedback, after 5 minutes SAA had collected all the papers and hand phones. Then as per the sequence each evaluators had presented the evaluation.

As Joseph and Nur Ezzah are unable to represent our club so Jyoti and Jin Hwui will represent the club  with club champion Saravanan and Wee Yong next week.
