Fellowship

Club’s 19^th Chapter meeting started on time with fellowship, Club members and Exco were engaged in welcoming the guests, introducing themselves and briefing the activities to the guests and visiting toastmasters, making them comfortable and clearing their doubts.

Meeting called to the Order

Sargent at Arms TM Zhao Kun Koo called the 19^th Chapter meeting to order by welcoming all present members and guests. He requested guests to introduce themselves. Every guest got opportunity to introduce themselves.

Toastmaster of the day

Toast Masters of the day TM ZhengWei Xu kicked off the meeting by introducing agenda of the meeting and provided the details of the changes in agenda and introduced the role holders and their roles.

The Word of the Day

TM Pravin Mishra, CC provided the word of the day “Reflect” and provided various usage of the word and encouraged participants to use the word of the day.

Opening Address by Club President:

Club President TM Pravin Mishra, CC highlighted the success of Jin Hwui & Wee Yong during the area S3 contests.

He shared the success story of Mr. Mustaq Ahmed the co-founder and managing director of Mustafa Centre.

Pravin gave the message that, “You all have the potential to breakthrough & it doesn’t matter from where you are starting. You just need to dream big, standout, keep going extra miles & keep re-inventing.”

Mindfulness Session  

Visiting TM Berenice, from Brahm Centre Toastmasters Club demonstrated powerful mindfulness Technique, everyone feel relaxed and enjoyed the session.

Table Topic Session

Table Topic Master TM Harsh Goel, CC conducted a very passionate and energetic table topics session on the variety of motivation quotes with a huge volunteer participants.

Refreshment break

Meeting adjourned for 25 minutes for the munching and networking and a club ritual like every 3^rd Saturday cake was cut along with snacks and drinks.

Special speech

TM Sandy HH Lim, CC, CL presented a special speech on “Conflict Resolution “. She shared the definition, causes and the resolution techniques.

Language Evaluation

TM Pravin Mishra, CC provided the language evaluation for the good and improper user of English language and also provided the word of the days report.

General Evaluation

Visiting TM Berenice, from Brahm Centre Toastmasters Club provided the general evaluation for the various role like SAA, Timer, Toastmaster of the day, Table Topic Master and provided the specific feedback in the program sheet as well.

Closing Address by Acting Club President:

Our club President TM Pravin Mishra, CC addressed the meeting with closing speech and sought feedback from the guests and visiting Toastmasters. Last but not least, he thanked all for their time and invited all for a group picture and also to join our regular CCC after meeting.

4.     Installation of new Executive team on July 1, 2017
