Contest called to the Order
Contest Chair, Jack Tan called the Humorous Speech and Speech Evaluation to order by welcoming all contestants, members, guests and judges. He introduced the change of the schedule and ground rules of the contest.
Opening Address by Club President:
Club President TM Roger See, CC, CL began his speech by sharing a story of a 100 m race to encourage the participants to “be the best of who you are” and “have fun rather than have fear.”
